E-Bike Tune-Up Packages

E-Bike Service Policy

We will happily service any e-bike we sell as well as most brands equipped with Bosch, Shimano, TQ, Fazua, Brose, Hyena or Dyname (Rocky Mountain) motors. As a rule, we do not service bikes equipped with hub motors (unless sold by us), throttles or conversion kits. Due to the complexity of some e-bike repairs the standard fee schedule may not apply to all procedures (eg cable installations that require the motor to be removed for access). Please bring a copy of your battery key (if applicable) when dropping your bike off for service, many models of e-bikes require the removal of the battery for access to electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
