Bike Repair Services

Visit any of our three Calgary locations for all your Bike Service needs.  We offer everything from comprehensive service tune-up packages to on the spot repairs.  While we strive to get your bike back into your hands as quickly as possible due to our compressed riding season we can get very busy during the spring/summer months.

Bring your bike in!

Please bring your bike into the shop for a free assessment and to make a service appointment. Our service writers will confirm the scope of work, availability of suitable parts and schedule the appointment. Some minor repairs can be completed while you wait. Please allow adequate time for your service visit during peak times.

Due to limited space, we ask you to retain your bike until the day before your appointment and pick it up promptly after being notified that your workorder has been completed. Bikes left onsite for an extended period may be subject to storage fees, bikes left for more than 30 days will be donated to the charity of our choice. Please chat with your service advisor if you need to leave your bike with us for a longer period of time (i.e. if your bike is difficult to transport, you’ll be out of town, etc….).

E-Bike Service Policy

We will happily service any e-bike we sell as well as most brands equipped with Bosch, Shimano, Fazua, Brose or Dyname motors. As a rule, we do not service bikes equipped with hub motors (unless sold by us), throttles or conversion kits. Due to the complexity of some e-bike repairs the standard fee schedule may not apply to all procedures (eg cable installations that require the motor to be removed for access). Please bring a copy of your battery key (if applicable) when dropping your bike off for service, many models of e-bikes require the removal of the battery for access to electronic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
